Hi.

so since i last posted here,

i had a hernia.

i had surgery.

i have lots of pills.

now i don't work for a few weeks.

and my friends are moving me next week. somehow i was actually blessed with friends nice enough to move all my stuff into another apartment while i'm in pain and f*cked up on pills. I don't wanna move NOW. I'd rather wait until i can walk comfortably. But time and tide wait for no man.

my operation went well. i only have a few stitches and i shouldn't be out of work any longer than a month at the most. I've even got a little cash saved up for the first time in my life so i don't have to rush it. plus mom and dad are there if i seriously run out of money. God is taking good care of me.

Well kids, i'm tired. i just got home from longview and i'm all doped up. call me if you're bored. i'll be here.

So it's Valentine's day. And I'm OFF!!!!

the WORST day to wait tables of the year and I don't have to do it because I have school Tuesdays and Thursdays. That makes my week. I've never been a fan of this holiday. Not the years I've had a girlfriend, not the ones I haven't It's pretty amazing that they still gave me the day off considering I'm single. Being single also means I'm not going to spend $100+ on dinner drinks flowers and lingerie like all the other guys in this country who only want to get laid. This holiday takes all the fun out of sex for 24 hours anyway.

My car is in the body shop.

I don't understand. My driving record is CLEAN. I've never had an actual wreck that was my fault. I say actual because i did once run off the road in my truck two years ago. but nothing happened to me or it. I've never had a moving violation that didn't get dismissed. This is the 5th time in a little more than a year that i've had something stupid happen to my car. This time one of my neighbors backed into it in the parking lot at my apartment. Didn't leave a note. The cops came and found matching damage on  a van that always parks outside my apartment. So... there's a warrant out for their arrest. It was a hit and run.

I should have Statefarm on speed dial. I should also have my own personal parking spot and a gold club membership at Doug's Paint and Body.

However, there is a silver lining. I drive an Audi. Parts are EXPENSIVE. A thousand dollars to replace a fender and repaint half my car. The good part is my neighbor gets to pay for it . And a rental.  That's what the fat bastard gets for not leaving a note.

So, now, i'm pimpin around in a mini-van. that's right, i'm a soccer dad for a week. Not my first choice, but it's a free rental.

Anyway, that's all i've got right now.

Hello again.

I don't often post anymore, so i'm just going to give the high points since the last time.

-i registered for school.

-i go to my classes and i like them.-- most of them.

-as much as i try to grow out of it, i do still miss my friends from h-- hi-- high-- i can't say it. it's just not right. --from white oak.

-you know you have a great job when you can walk up and hump someone and they don't break the conversation they were having with the manager.

-somehow when i (of all people) am the only one sober at a party i wind up passing out on the bathroom floor.

-i like myself too much to let me work for outback steakhouse forever.

it's time to go to bed since i have to work in the morning. much love to all my friends. call me. i miss everybody.

Merry belated Christmas. And a late Happy New Year to everybody. Hope everyone's was safe and good.

The holidays are over. Praise God. Since about three weeks before Christmas my life has been consumed by Outback. So, there's not a lot i have to talk about. But i'll try to keep the subject matter away from work.

I'm moving in three months. Not to worry, I'll still be in Tyler. I've just figured out since june that paying $500 a month in rent for such a small place (560 sq ft.) just because it's in south tyler is pointless. Tyler is trashy. doesn't matter where you live, north or south. the real estate's nice here but the neighbors are all the same no matter where you go. don't let anyone tell you different. On top of that my electric bill is usually atleast $170-180. That's supposed to be enough for a 3-bedroom house most places. TXU SUCKS. I miss longview. Wait, no... i miss white oak. i didn't have bills there.

So after much frustration and changing of fuses i figured out a couple of weeks ago that i burned out the headlight switch in my car. Not a real big deal... but getting a part has been a bitch as i figured it would be.

that's all i've got right now... I'm sure there was more but i've got tons of crap i have to do today.
